1. Drilling in Soil and Rock Strata
Objective: Drilling allows us to explore subsurface conditions by penetrating through different soil and rock layers. - Auger Drilling: Ideal for shallow investigations in cohesive soils.

2. Standard Penetration Test (SPT)

- A split-spoon sampler is driven into the soil using a 63.5 kg hammer dropped from a height of 750 mm.

3. Collection of Undisturbed Soil Samples (UDS)
